Knowledge/Information

Research is the major factor that contributes to the understanding of knowledge within the neuroscience community. Knowledge is obtained from the evidence and data of research and experiments resulting in new findings that lead to new insights. The knowledge of the scientists that conduct the experiments is conveyed through the information presented in the published research study, particularly in the section dedicated to the discussion of the results and the implications of those results contributing to the greater knowledge of the subject. Other scientists that read the knowledge explained in the study use the information as knowledge to further their own research. Information is organized in a specific universal way within the scientific community and thus provides a consistent format of information.
